She is the sweetest dog and will fit right in with any family. She loves hanging out with her foster canine brothers and sister. She has wonderful house manners and loves to lounge on all the doggie beds. Phoebe has such a soft gentle personality that her foster mom says that she is one of the easiest foster dogs she has had.
